Neighborhood Connect facilitates peer-to-peer rentals of tools, equipment, and other items between users. We do not own, possess, or control the items listed for rent on our Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neighborhood Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from your use of items rented through our Platform.
If a dispute arises between users, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If that fails, you may use our dispute resolution process, which includes:
